Here's a picture showing the 2.0L turbo engine RPO code to be LUZ for the model year 2013 Eco-D Cruze:

Notice the "SCR Only" (Selective Catalyst Reduction) wording, indicating use of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) injection system to meet EPA emission requirements.
